1. Our service
Destination Discover provides tourism consultancy, destination research, travel information and personalised itinerary planning. The exact deliverables, price, delivery date and included revisions will be stated in the proposal or written confirmation sent to you.
2. What we do not provide
We are not acting as an airline, hotel, tour operator, immigration authority or visa-issuing body. Unless expressly arranged through an appropriately licensed partner, we do not sell or issue flights, accommodation, tours, insurance or visas. Customers make regulated travel bookings directly with the relevant provider.
3. Visa and entry information
Visa information is general guidance only and is not legal or immigration advice. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, processing time or entry. Final decisions belong exclusively to the relevant government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Requirements must be reconfirmed through official channels before application and travel.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, review the itinerary promptly, verify names and dates, and independently confirm passports, visas, health rules, safety advice, prices, availability, schedules and provider terms before paying or travelling. You remain responsible for your bookings and travel decisions.
5. Prices and payment
Website prices are starting indications and may vary with complexity. No work begins until the scope, fee and payment arrangement are confirmed in writing. Payments are for consultancy and itinerary-planning services only unless a separately identified appropriately licensed provider is involved.
6. Changes and revisions
Included revisions will be stated in your proposal. A material change to the destination, dates, traveller profile, budget or agreed scope may require an additional fee and a revised delivery date.
7. Third-party information and providers
Prices, availability, opening hours, transport schedules, entry rules and local conditions can change without notice. Recommendations do not create a guarantee or agency relationship with a third party. Any booking contract is between you and the provider, subject to that provider’s terms.
8. Intellectual property
Your final itinerary is supplied for the personal use of the named customer and travel group. Destination Discover retains rights in its original layouts, research structure and website content. You may share your itinerary with your own travel companions and booking providers but may not resell, republish or commercially reproduce it without permission.
9. Liability
We will provide the agreed consultancy service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not responsible for third-party acts, cancellations, price changes, visa decisions, border decisions, weather, closures, illness, loss or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and Abu Dhabi. Concerns should first be sent to info@destinationdiscover.ae so we can try to resolve them fairly.
